API Standard Oil Pipe Line

Brief introduction

This welded pipe production line is designed to produce welded pipes with O.D. 219-508mm and thickness 6.0-18mm, as well as corresponding square and rectangular pipes.

Working flow

Uncoiling→ flattening →shear and butt welding → cage accumulator → strip→ trimming → roll forming →high frequency welding → removing burrs(inside and outside) → I.F. annealing→ air and water cooling → sizing → pipe ultrasonic detect→flying saw→ flattening test→ end beveler → hydrostatic test→ conveying → downloading→ appearance→marking→packing→warehousing.
